Early Childhood Specialist

Description:
International Academic Alliance seeks students of graduate early childhood programs to participate in co-developing PreK and Kindergarten lesson plans, read-aloud videos, guided activities and games, and educational toys.

The curriculum adopts a "Understanding by Design" approach, therefore, the classes are created to inspire in children a passion to wonder, discover, create and learn.

We are putting together a team with diverse backgrounds and interest, who will work in a collaborative environment under the guidance of experienced EC consultants and teachers. The team will have the combined knowledge, training, or interest in lesson development, drama/singing/acting/ reading, videography, graphic arts, computer animation and children's book illustration.

This is a paid position. Compensation will be commensurate with skills and experience. Employment may be part-time with possible transitioning to full-time
